ARVAL CZ is a full service operative leasing provider. Globally and locally is ARVAL a market leader, mainly focused on service level and quality with full respect to enviromental aspects and strong focus on safety. ARVAL CZ is maintaining 11.500 vehicles (January 2012) with staff of 75 people. We are working in Czech Republic since 2004 as one of the youngest companeis on local market we got to position No 2 in terms of vehicles number. Running fleet of this size led us to a thought to get closer to drivers and thier safety and therefore we offer an entire programme for prevention, measurement and training. Apart from the main product line we also hold seminars for alternative fuels, road safety and several other topics. ARVAL CZ s.r.ro. commits to the European Road Safety Charter for the next three years with the following actions:

1. Reporting and measurement. Precise accident reporting with perfect knowledge of reasons of accidents and injuries are a good start for any road safety work. Apart from that presenting these warning numbers is an action itself, we will tell our drivers to be more responsible, since it affects each of them.

2. Seminars related to road safety and environmental aspects accessible for any company car driver. Seminars we will either hold in our company or we will contribute to other public seminars. Topics will be statistics and main dangers, how to prevent them and avoid them. Seminars will be held each quarter, that means 12 road safety seminars in next 3 years.

3. Best practices in road safety training. We will train drivers by groups how to avoid accidents, how to behave better and more responsible on roads. Our prediction is an average accident decrease of 8 %. We intend to run these trainings for 3.800 drivers

4. Responsibility increase programme. This is a part of our road safety programme which focuses on personal interest on road safety of each driver. We intend to spread this programme among at least 200 of our clients in next three years, which is going to affect appx. 7.300 drivers.
