PÉREZ TIRADO ABOGADOS is a firm specializing  in advising and assisting victims of traffic accidents, which has been working in multiple social projects for years, participating in several forums in order to properly address the accident rate and especially in the fight against Road Violence.

As tools to achieve our goals, we will use surveys and questionnaires given to the workers; once these have been analyzed, the company will determine where it is more convenient to act.

Our workers will be subject to information and awareness-raising on road safety and mobility, through risk assessment in this area, periodic delivery of leaflets, letters meant to build awareness among penalized staff etc.

Road safety training has always been present in our companies, being given to company workers, however, all workers will be trained on this subject when starting work in the company by means of an one hour class, so that they may become aware of the importance of the triggering factors of road accidents, thus being able to possess the necessary knowledge to deal safely with the situations as a driver or as a pedestrian.

A study and a detailed analysis will be done of the potential risk areas at the entrances to the workplace; once these areas have been analysed, we will proceed to address any points that may create hazards to our workers.

All these actions will also be promoted among our partner companies, thus fostering awareness of road safety to all of them (around 50 persons).

In the companies there is a road safety and mobility Committee which will ensure the integration of road safety and mobility at all levels of the company; this committee will propose some measures annually and will tend to their implementation and follow-up.
