From 10 to 14 of March, 2010 in Vidin, Bulgaria was carried out the startup meeting of project "300". Its aim is to engage many citizens in the effort to solve the problem of safety on the Bulgarian roads. For doing that we will develop a web site, on which we will reveal the road rules violators by short but concrete reportages. By analogy with the legend for 300 Spartan warriors, we would like to attract on our side in the “war on the road” 300 active Bulgarian youngsters to undertake the role of road safety reporters. In the end of the project the collected information will be disseminated as a report to responsible local and national authorities and media.

The project is co-funded by "Youth in Action" programme of the European Union and will be carried out in partnership with the Municipality of Vidin (Bulgaria), Responsible Young Drivers (Belgium) and TOP-25 (Belgium).
