Summary of the 2008 ERSC Summer Contest The third edition of the Summer Contest encouraged participants to become road safety reporters. By their articles, photos, interviews and poems the talented people around Europe (representing 21 countries) have had the chance to become part of the editorial team of the first Road Safety Charter Journal.

The winners were selected based on the quality of their participation, consistency in reflecting road safety concerns, innovation and creative thinking.

The following five have won a weekend trip to Barcelona: Maria Demosthenous (Cyprus), Ivana Tománková (Czech Republic), Martin Beck (Germany), Elisa Sartarelli (Italy) and Linda Sanderson (United Kingdom).
