Private kindergarten "Nemo" has developed its own concept of education and training of children in road safety. As such the kindergarten commits to a three year road safety plan based on the following actions:

1. To carry out casual games and craft skills activities that will target all age groups in the kindergarten. These games will be integrated in the daily activities and programs of the children. The games will be informative and will be carried out by the teachers and occasionally inviting the parents to also participate. The aim is to transfer skills and knowledge to the participants on road safety issues, especially awareness of road signs and safe behavior.

2. To carry out a specific day dedicated to road safety at the premises of the Kindergarten. The event titled “The city…the street. My smile”. This event will involve stakeholders from the local police force giving out advice and will be open to the public. Paintings and creations related to road safety of the children will also be displayed.

3. We will update our website with information related to road safety and our educational programs to our children related to road safety. We will ensure that these are both visible in Bulgarian and English.
