Euroseg Publishing Group is based in Basauri (Biscay), and has 20 employees. It is a publishing group that specialises in the field of security. It covers the following three sectors: security, local security and police and security. It operates nationwide.

• We will create a new section devoted to the issue of road safety in each issue of our magazine, entitled “Local Security”. Its readership consists of professionals linked to the world of security and responsible for public management. A total of 10,000 copies of the magazine are printed on a bimonthly basis.
• Once a year, we will publish a total of 10,000 copies of an extraordinary monographic issue of the magazine.
• The contents of the new section, such as those in the monographic issue, will also be published in the online version: www.seguridadlocal.com.

All of these actions will take place between 2007 and 2010. We will highlight the following issues: analysis of legal regulations; security related to drivers, vehicles and roads; road safety education; road safety programmes and action plans.
