Design and construction of: earth moving works, hydraulic works, buildings, roads, tracks, landscaping and plantations. Construction equipment rental. The current staff consists of about 30 workers with different types of qualifications.

A mobility and road safety plan will be established, analyzing the journeys made by the workers carrying out their functions (during work tasks), as well as the transfer from their usual residence to work and return (during commuting) and a series of recommendations aimed at reducing the effect of the journeys made on the health of the workers and its impact on the environment.

According to the analyzed data, the following actions are suggested:

- Avoiding the need to travel by organizing meetings through phone calls, e-mail or other means of communication.

- Facilitating travelling during work tasks. Itineraries and travel routes during work tasks will be designed to optimize journeys and reduce the risk of accidents.

- Facilitating walking and cycling access. Personnel residing in the same town as the company headquarters will be given a lecture to inform them about the benefits to road safety implied by walking and cycling access.

The collaborative team will consist of the manager, head of production, office employees and construction workers.
