Level Crossing users tend to forget the correct way to cross safely. Many forget that trains have the priority.

 

From 4th – 7th June 2012, Lithuanian Railways are organising a safety programme at the most dangerous level crossings. Level Crossing users will be spoken to and advised on the safe way to cross. Users will be given leaflets and for pedestrians reflectors and caps.
