As speed is one of the main causes of accidents, we will carry out seminars and training courses designed to raise awareness about road safety to our staff. As indicators we will use accident rates and the number of incoming fines from the courts.

 

In our seminars, the moderator will ensure that the participants will share the knowledge and experience, and different views and perspectives will be discussed. The driving behavior can be related to external conditions (weather, road surface) and the factors that require special handling. Situations were a loss has occurred will be analyzed through personal conversations with the driver concerned and the development of preventive measures will be examined.

 

Each year, approximately 20 events will be organized. These are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the professional driver requirements. Internal stakeholders will be involved as well as the professional drivers of the company. All activities will be led by experienced and specially trained internal and external staff and driver trainers. They will be carried out at fixed locations and on public roads. Practical exercises such as for example Driver safety training, ecological driving, safe loading, etc., will be carried out with our own trucks. Different simulators will be present such as a flashover simulator and jump scales. The theoretical training will include a specially prepared material in the form of a CD to use the jointly developed with the DVR (DeuterVerkehrssicherheitsrat - Road Safety Council) and the members of the AML (VereinfürAutomobillogistikim DLSV e.V.).
