They are specialised in traffic, education and road safety. They take care of the surveillance, regulation and control of traffic in a special unit inside the Guardia Civil.

The Agrupación de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil will contribute to improving road safety through the following actions:

• Local television programme entitled "El Motor" (2005-2008) consisting of two parts, each one lasting for 30 minutes; one will deal with the world of motor vehicles and the other aims to cover road safety demands in an educational manner.
  
  Television viewers vary in sector and age. The programme is to be broadcast every Friday at 8.30 p.m. and repeated at 10.30 p.m.
  
  This programme is organised by the traffic sector of the Guardia Civil in Aragon and the traffic sub-sector in Huesca, together with other collaborating bodies.
  
• Disability, diversity and road safety days (2005-2008).
  These aim to carry out various activities: press briefings, debates, photography exhibitions, presentations, exhibitions and basic collective, practical and theoretical training for people with disabilities.
  
  To conclude these days, in terms of development, summary and conclusions, every three years a practical study will be encouraged, organised and published.
  
  Those involved in these days include the traffic sector of the Guardia Civil in Aragon and the traffic sub-sector in Huesca.
  
  These days aim to train people with disabilities, as well as other groups using public roads.
