The Community Council Pelendriou is a Local Authority. The obligations of the inhabitants are road and public places lighting, water supply, cleanliness of public spaces and streets of the community and the maintenance of roads and public places. In addition, the Community Council has the responsibility for operation and maintenance of the sewerage system of the community. Also, the Community Council of Pelendriou offers entertainment to residents of the community by creating sports and entertainment spaces, concerts and lectures.

The type of methods that we are going to use in order to achieve this objective would be lectures on road safety and user behavior.

Brochures will be used for educating the public. In order to succeed the aim will involve:

1. Residents of the community

2. Public School of Pelendriou

3. Pupils

4. Soldiers and Students

5. Organized community groups
