“V&E Media Company” is an advertising company. Their major project is a autoportal AUTOZOOM.LT within which the company works and provides a huge variety of vehicle advertisements and other services related both to new and used automobiles, motorcycles and trucks.

By signing and in this way joining the European Road Safety Charter we generally commit to work on a wide variety of areas related with the main purpose of the Charter - safer roads.

 

The “V&E Media Company” will launch a traffic safety initiative which leading objective is to raise the awareness of the public concerning the importance of driving culture, significance of observance of safety requirements and proper self-behavior on the road.

 

Within the portal www.autozoom.lt we will cover traffic safety topics. This will also be traffic rules and short memos about them alongside the traffic safety topics.

 

We will place at least one new topic a day about traffic safety. This will include "Be responsible - buy a safe car" series of articles on our website. We will prepare the articles and we will give a possibility to other organizations to do so as well.

 

We will place social commercials and videos related to road safety and safe traffic tips. The amount of the video material will be at least one a day and they will be placed permanently.

 

We will place traffic safety quizzes on our website at least one a week. This will be used to identify potential dangers and raise the discussion among our visitors and educate the public, promoting the responsibility and awareness. This will help us to identify the current problems in educating and spreading awareness among our visitors.

 

We will give public space for any organization that wants to contribute to road safety. We will accept any participation from any organization involved in promotion and awareness about traffic safety and good driving culture.

 

We will give financial and technical support to a leadership organization "Sėkmės mokykla" (“School of Success”) in Šiauliai, Lithuania. The school has been chosen for its big variety of activities. Their main mission is to educate young people and to develop both their communication skills and sense of responsibility towards various aspects of society including road safety.
