Arval Switzerland is a subsidiary of the international bank BNP Paribas and provides operational leasing for passenger cars, delivery vans and small^lorries to its customers.

Arval Switzerland commits to the European Road Safety Charter for the coming three years with the following actions:

1. We will give road safety related advice to our customers about driver behavior every time we visit them (minimum once a year).

2. We will extract data from “my Arval” and provide them in a fleet analysis document. "My Arval" is a portal where either the client (fleet manager) or the driver can log in and check specific data as fuel consumption, damage frequency, etc. In that fleet analysis you can see several details about individual cars/drivers as for example fuel consumption, damage frequency, fees, breaks abrasion and much more. The analysis will then be given to to the fleet manager of our clients every time we visit them (at least once a year).

3. We will inform our employees through internal communication about road safety topics on a regular basis to all our employees in internal courses Arval 1 and Arval 2. Arval 1 is a course more focused on the newcomers in the organisation (less than 1 year in the company) while Arval 2 is for the slightly more experienced people (more than 2-3 years).

We will also address road safety topics on our quarterly meetings.
